Yes i did place 2nd wrestling 4 matches with a bye the first round. I didn't wrestle on mat 3 but when i lost in the finals it was to a five-time state champ with a bad call. it was 3-2 last period and he had a stalling warning. there was a take down at the edge of the mat and i was in the net separating the mats from the stands and they still gave him the take down even though i couldn't even move. I wrestled great all day and hit a lot of moves I normally don't. My first match I wrestled a really tough kid and was a little tired since it was my first match but still won. My next match I won easily 7-2 and in the semis I upset the 2nd seed 3-1 and almost took him down again near the end. I wrestled well in the finals but the kid was a really good wrestler and the call was really bad since it also happened to the kid in the 91 pound finals and they didn't give him the take down. I didn't get a t-shirt yet, so that would be great if I got one. So far its been working great because I've had a huge improvement with only two sessions.

It was a good day. Anthony won 3 matches by pin today. He won the championship and claimed the title for a 6th time setting the record. He was also voted the most outstanding wrestler. Thanks again. Talk to you during the week.

Just wanted to keep you posted on Anthony's progress. His team won the league championship by beating M. 70-17 in the dual meet championship Wednesday night. Anthony won his individual bout 18-4. Sunday is the league individual tournament and Anthony will be the top seed in his weight class. We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow at 11 am.

"Last wrestling season Ben had to stop in the middle of every match due to his asthma and vocal cord dysfunction. What a difference already this season after meeting with you. Ben won his first match on a Friday night 5-4. I didn't realize how his breathing was until someone else said to me "wow his breathing was really good." The next day was a team tournament. Our team wrestled five times. Ben pinned his first two opponents. His breathing was ok. The third went into overtime with a 7-5 win and again no time out for the inhaler. Fourth match was a pin. The fifth match was his most difficult but once again won and didn't have to stop the match once. What a start." S.D. Wrestling mom Northampton Pa. 12/08/05, after first session

"Hi, it's D.G.. I just wanted to let you know how my match went. Due to the snow, it was rescheduled for today, Wednesday 4-Jan-06. I was beating the kid from Hopatcong 5-0 went I pinned him in the fiFrst period with about 20 seconds left. I noticed such an improvement. Not only did I wrestle better, but I felt better. "Hey Jack:

Well, as you know, I pinned my kid from Hopatcong on 3-Jan-06. That Saturday, 7-Jan-06 I had a team tournament at North Warren. I got three matches. I beat the kid from North Warren 7-4. I pinned my kid from Boonton. I was beating the kid from West Milford 5-3 (he had already pinned me earlier this year). I out wrestled him up until the end. I got lazy and he got a cheap pin with literally 1 second left. Although I was disappointed in myself, I had wrestled 200x's better than before. On Wednesday, 11-Jan-06 I pinned my kid from Pope John in 56 seconds.

Well that's about it. I'll try and update you on my matches this weekend. I'm looking forward for my next appointment."
